About the panelists

  • Mallorie Rosenbluth is Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing at Grubhub. With a decade of in-house agency experience, she is responsible for the social media and influencer efforts of the Grubhub and Seamless brands. Prior to joining Grubhub, Mallorie worked for Wegman’s Food Markets and then transitioned to Likeable Media where she held a variety of roles over her 5+ year tenure, including Senior Vice President of Client Services. In 2015, Mallorie made the move back brand-side as Baked by Melissa’s Brand Director before joining Grubhub. Mallorie has spoken at dozens of social media, and marketing conferences around the country, was a 2011 recipient of the Social Media Society’s Social Media Star Award and was named a 2014 Rising Social Media Star by Schaefer Marketing Solutions.

  • Kelly McFarland is the Head of Influencer Marketing & Creative Supervisor at Small Girls PR. Kelly joined the Small Girls PR team in April 2016 with a background in Public Relations and Digital Marketing. Originally from Washington DC, Kelly studied History at Virginia Tech until she ventured to NYC to pursue a career in fashion and entertainment public relations. She specializes in influencer marketing launching successful campaigns across a variety of clients like GE, Verizon’s go90, Norma Kamali and Rent the Runway. She runs a fashion and lifestyle blog called along with her cousin @CourtandKelly, garnering attention from Women’s Wear Daily, InStyle, and Vanity Fair and has worked with brands such as HP, TopShop, Zac Posen and Bloomingdale’s. She currently lives in Brooklyn but will soon be making the move to LA to work at the Small Girls West office!

  • Deepa is co-founder and COO of Dagne Dover. Deepa manages all day-to-day operations and financials, from supply chain management, to inventory and logistics. She has vast experience in fashion and finance, previously at Club Monaco and on the sales and trading floor at Lehman Brothers. Her analytical skills and industry insight contribute to her success in driving Dagne Dover's growth. Deepa is a 2015 Forbes 30 under 30, and a graduate of John Hopkins University and The Wharton School of Business.

  • Laura Supnik is a freelance illustrator living in Brooklyn, New York. Her appreciation for art began when, at a young age, she enrolled in classes at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and later at the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design. She studied Fashion Business Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology, having just graduated in May. When she's not drawing, Laura enjoys exploring the city.   • (Guest Moderator) Kerry Flynn, Marketing Reporter at Digiday. Kerry Flynn reports on media buying for Digiday. She writes about marketers’ relationships with platforms like social media and transparency in the ad industry. She most recently was a business reporter for Mashable covering tech giants and Silicon Valley culture. She's also written for HuffPost, Forbes, and Money magazine.
